Andrew has also earned additional designations in Performance Coaching, Exit Planning and Mediation.

Andrew is not only a strategic thinker but a lifelong learner, having immersed himself in diverse fields such as personal coaching, mediation, facilitation, mindfulness, health/fitness, martial arts, psychology, and philosophy. His commitment to self-development is evident through the substantial investment and completion of numerous courses and certifications. Andrew integrates all of these learnings and experiences in his work with clients – offering a unique and holistic approach to personal and business growth and performance.

With over two decades of experience in operational leadership, Jody Seguin serves as the Business Manager for At The Helm. She has dedicated her career to fostering strong leadership skills and providing exceptional customer service. Recognized for her adeptness in guiding teams and optimizing workflows, Jody approaches her role with a focus on continuous improvement and a genuine commitment to her team and clients.

Jody's leadership style revolves around collaboration and excellence, emphasizing the development and empowerment of her team members. She excels in simplifying complex operational challenges and implementing practical solutions that enhance overall performance, always with a keen eye on delivering exceptional service to clients.

For over 15 years, Staffan has been the personal coach to some of Canada’s most successful Founder CEOs/Entrepreneurs and 250+ high-performers in business, sports and the arts. In addition to being a Master Certified Integral Coach™, he is a trained body-centered psychotherapist and a dedicated practitioner of Zen Buddhism and mindfulness. His coaching practice is enhanced by his experiences as an Arctic Ranger in the Swedish Armed Forces, his engineering background and three years as CEO of a tech start-up with 70 employees.
