As the CEO of At The Helm, Andrew LeMoine is an Entrepreneur, Certified EOS Implementer™ , Certified Value Builder™, and Strategist.
As a Certified EOS Implementer, Andrew utilizes his 20+ years in business and finance, along with his coaching, consulting, and mediation experience to facilitate the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® or EOS® into small to mid-sized companies located throughout Canada.
From 2003 to 2013, Andrew lead a successful career as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), primarily working with business owners in the areas of investment, succession, estate, and insurance planning.
Since leaving the finance sector, Andrew has invested in a handful of diverse businesses, from start-ups to mature operating companies. Andrew often plays an active shareholder role – providing leadership and strategic direction to each of the businesses.
A few years ago Andrew was given a copy of the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman, which changed his life and the direction of his professional work. He immediately began implementing the system outlined in the book (EOS) into his own operating company and at the same time started implementing EOS for other businesses. After seeing the success in his own business and others, he made the decision to focus exclusively on serving other entrepreneurs by implementing EOS as a foundation for value creation.
As At The Helm’s Integrator, Jody Seguin understands the “ins and outs” of operations with over 20 years direct experience in senior administration and operational roles. She is devoted to helping clients solve problems with open communication and creating solutions to help our business operate more efficiently in improve client experience. When Jody is not managing the day-to-day operations of At The Helm, you will find her with her husband and her dog Mojo watching the Blue Jays game, decked out in her Blue Jays gear in her Blue Jays room. Yes, she is a super fan.
Lou brings a wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge and experience having built his acumen through businesses in the Energy, Resource, and Construction sectors over the last 35 years – both in North America and the Middle East. Lou has led private equity backed, entrepreneurial-owned, and publicly traded companies.
His first-hand experiences allow Lou to impart what it takes to make your business successful and believes the EOS Tools and EOS Process are a strategic advantage to combating the challenges faced by entrepreneurial businesses today. Lou combines strong generalist management capabilities with instinctive and strategic qualities for being innovative and resourceful.
He is passionate about helping people and businesses meet their goals. On his days off, he can be found belting out country tunes and playing his guitar, volunteering in his community and spending time with his family.
Duane Roach is an energetic leader and problem-solver whose sole purpose is to help organizations and people realize their true potential. For more than 14 years, businesses and people alike have turned to Duane when they want to grow, do things differently, and be better. They have leveraged Duane’s expertise in strategic business planning and execution, project and operations management, and leadership development to transform their people and business. He is the one with the right solutions and the moxie to see them through. Duane works side-by-side with business leaders to bring their vision to life. Dr. Nancy Love
As Executive Coach, a Conflict Resolution Specialist, a Consultant and a Teacher, Dr. Love has provided her clients from across North America and around the world with structures and skills for managing social exchanges. She still believes in PULSE as a core competency for anyone who does their work in conversation. Dr. Love has developed a set of tools for managing social exchanges for those who are vicariously responsible for the work of others.
Nancy came to this work after she was a principal of a high school she affectionately calls “The Crucible”. Her story of struggle as she overcame resistance from ALL parties to the running of the school is compelling. She quickly became a student and then a master of how to have difficult conversations, how to help others get along, how to create a shared purpose and process, how to create a peaceful productive workplace for staff in service of the client. Her experiences have led her to a life dedicated to improving the quality of social exchanges in organizations and in the world.
Having served as an advisor for the Centre of Values and Ethics at Parks Canada for the last 5 years, Dr. Love is now exploring her “10 Truths of Leadership” in an online offering through At the Helm and continues to support the UVI-PULSE Institute Programs still being offered at the University of the Virgin Islands.
Dr. Love loves to write … but only on the days she eats! She is passionate about giving people the courage and confidence they need to make a change in their lives and a difference in the world.
