As a Certified Value Builder™, Mark Sippola brings over 30 years of business experience to the table, allowing him to share real world examples of business successes and challenges with his clients.
From 1991 through 2019 Mark was the owner and CEO of a highly successful, West Coast, service-based company that he scaled from a one man show to dozens of employees, hundreds of customers, and millions of dollars in recurring revenue. By using the same concepts taught by EOS® and John Warrilow’s Built to Sell philosophy, Mark created a business that was able to operate without him and successfully sold that company to a strategic acquirer for a multiple much higher than typical businesses in his sector.
Utilising the Value Builder System™ as a roadmap, Mark now spends his time working with owners of small and medium sized business on how to free themselves from the day-to-day grind of owning a business and ultimately how to create a business that is attractive to an acquirer.
When not working with entrepreneurs, learning a new skill, or tending to his acreage, Mark can be found out hiking with his two rescue dogs, volunteering, or on the local tennis court trying to perfect his backhand.

Collaborative Partner | CEO of The Breakthrough Hub
The Breakthrough Hub was conceived the day after our world was instantly shut down. At that moment, Scott King (Founder – CEO) recognized that his client’s lives were about to be massively disrupted. Scott often references C-19 as “the great elixir of truth.” Entrepreneurs were forced to slow down and give thought to areas of their lives and businesses they did not or could not make time for previously.
What started with a handful of growth-minded individuals meeting virtually has exploded into an international movement to help business owners and entrepreneurs discover a new way to grow. The Breakthrough Hub is a strategic partner with At The Helm to ensure business owners and executives have the opportunity to care for themselves and sharpen their saw. One of the most profound discoveries from participants is in line with Warren Buffet’s philosophy that the best investment you can make is in yourself.
At The Helm will help you chart the course with your business. The Breakthrough Hub will ensure you have the vitality and well being to enjoy the journey and each port of call along the way.
